Appointments can be booked online through Booksy, by phone, or by contacting us directly. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome based on stylist availability. Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred date and time.
Yes. We offer complimentary consultations to help determine the best style and service for your needs.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a future appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients are given a 15-minute grace period.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or shortening of the service, depending on the schedule for the day.
We provide services for both children and adults.
Children’s services are generally available for ages 3–10 years.
To ensure the best experience and results, children should be able to sit comfortably throughout most of their appointment.
Appointments requiring significantly more time due to excessive movement or distractions may incur additional fees.
Light snacks and drinks are permitted, provided they do not interfere with the service or compromise cleanliness and safety.
Please arrive with your hair free of excessive product buildup and detangled if requested.
If your service includes a wash and blow-dry, we will take care of the preparation for you.
