By using neriellebraidingstudio.com or booking a service with Nerielle Braiding Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Deposits

Appointments can be booked online through Booksy, by phone, or by contacting us directly. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward your final balance.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
Clients have a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later may require rescheduling or shortening the service.

Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website and service menu are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, size, style complexity, and time required. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and other approved electronic payment methods.

Children’s Services

Children’s services are generally available for ages 3–10. Children should be able to sit comfortably for most of their appointment; appointments that take significantly longer due to excessive movement or distractions may incur additional fees.

Hair & Preparation

Hair inclusion varies by service. Clients may bring their own hair if it is new and unopened. Please arrive with hair free of excessive product buildup and detangled if requested.
